Premium fig fruit vinegar: Fig vinegar harmonizes particularly well with sweet oils such as ground almond oil, peanut oil, macadamia nut oil, pistachio oil, or even olive oil. Our fig vinegar is also excellent for the final flavoring of meats and especially Mediterranean dishes. The exotic taste was preserved in the pure fruit vinegar obtained from the juice of the ripe fruits by a traditional process, using only manual work. The result is a fresh fig vinegar with a slightly sweet aroma.
