How do I get the invoice?

What is the delivery time?

On business days:

- Budapest: In Budapest your order will be delivered the next business day

- Nationwide in Hungary: Orders placed before 12:00 on working days nationwide outside of Budapest will also be delivered on the next working day in Hungary.

- Europe: 2-5 business days. More information below

 

What happens if the courier cannot find the recipient at the specified location?

If the courier cannot find the consignee, he will try to make a new appointment with him by phone and try to deliver at another time. 3 trial attempts are free.

2. Delivery

 

What is the delivery time?

Budapest: 12-24 hours. We will deliver it in Budapest the next working day.

Nationwide in Hungary: 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 on working days nationwide outside of Budapest will also be delivered on the next working day in Hungary.

So, if you order on a weekend, the gift will arrive in Budapest on Monday and in the countryside on Tuesday, unless you ask for a pre-order for another day.

Europe: It usually takes 2-5 business days to go abroad.

 

Can I request the delivery of the gift at an exact time?

No. The day of delivery is taken into account by the couriers, not the exact time.

 

How much does the delivery cost?

For all products except flowers, the gift sending and delivery fee is uniformly HUF 1,490 within Hungary. It is free of charge for orders over HUF 30,000, except for flowers.

Flower delivery  HUF 2,990.

 

How do I place a pre-order?

At the very end of the purchase process, enter in the comment field which business day you want the delivery to be. To do this, you must place your order at least 2 working days in advance. We can only consider working days, not hours, minutes.

If you place your pre-order on a public holiday, we will automatically deliver it on the working day before.

 

What does the gift package look like inside?

In summer, do chocolates melt during transport?

Rarely, but yes, it can happen that the chocolate permanently melts above 30 degrees during transport. That is why we recommend our summer gift packages.
